The vehicle has an intermittent noise when braking and I was very impressed with the effort the guys put in to trying to find it. While we were ultimately unsuccessful at finding the problem, they looked over everything and anything which could be the cause. Professional, competent, highly communicative. After all that, I feel safe taking this car on a thanksgiving road trip. These are my car guys now.

I love Precision Auto Repair!! I hadn’t been in for a while, and I am always amazed at how warm and friendly the staff is at your facility! I have been coming to you for over 32 years, and I rave about your facility to all my friends! When the tether on my gas cap got wrapped around the hook that keeps my gas tank door closed, they were kind enough to have me come by and they popped open my gas tank door, since I couldn’t open it, and I was able to get the gas cap tether loose. I was in yesterday, November 12. There were a few people ahead of me, and they just told me to grab a cup of coffee and relax, and they would be with me shortly. I always feel so at home and I know they look out for my best interest on my very very old 2004 Honda Accord. I needed an oil change and new wiper blades and they were on top of it immediately and even washed my front and back windows. That small act just tells me they take all the extra time to make sure I am safe. They also put air in my tires, which I was thrilled!! I can never say enough kind words and I have recommended your facility to so many people. One of my close friends is going to come up and bring her Nissan Ultima for service. She lives in south San Jose so you will have a new customer. Thank you so much for all your kindness always and for always helping me out in a jam and for keeping me on the road safely!!
