Honest and exactly recommended maintainance from Precision auto. Usually the dealerships oversell maintainance repairs.

I was recommended to the shop by a collision shop that I used previously and I'm 100% satisfied. They communicated throughout the process they let me know up front what to expect and then communicated throughout the process. The turnaround was pretty fast because I was only getting my lights checked and the bulbs are placed, but what made me really happy is it didn't try to oversell me or charge for things that were not needed. I've had my lights redone before because they're over 10 years old and it only lasted a couple of months they made suggestions for the bulbs instead of the headlight casing but I've never had such good visibility at night having this kind of result without being oversold was really nice and a complete 180 from the experiences I've had with dealerships

I feel compelled to write this review for Precision Auto Repair in the wee hours of the New Year 2025 because of how incredibly grateful I am to them for their exceptional service. For starters, they accommodated me on short notice very close to the new year. I brought my Acura TLX in to have it inspected for oil leaks from the oil pan and the oil pump and to have both fixed, if required. I was immediately impressed by their confidence, competence and clarity. I was given an estimate right away, which I thought was more than fair. Diagnosis was quick. Suffice it to say that Precision Auto Repair more than lived up to their motto "Honesty and Reliability You Can Count On!". I was given a rental car since the work was significant and they needed to keep my car overnight. I wasn't really expecting to get my car back before the new year but early in the evening on New Year's Eve I got a call from Ken informing me that my car was ready to go! How's that for service and dedication to one's craft! If you are looking for a reliable auto repair shop that provides exceptional service, without having to pay an arm and a leg like you do at the dealership, you need look no further than Precision Auto Repair.
