We've been taking our cars to Precision Auto for over 10 years now and have entrusted them keep the cars we depend on in top shape. Not once have we ever experienced a problem with either the routine maintenance that they perform, or the occasional repairs that have been needed. Their service staff is extremely knowledgeable, and does a great job of keeping me informed of future service and repairs that I need to plan for. I would not consider taking my cars to any other place than Precision Auto. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Precision Auto is the best service shop in the East Bay for Japanese cars. I buy only used cars and have them serviced here, for 20+ yrs now. They are the best and have reasonable pricing. Professional and friendly customer service. They transferred all the maintenance records over from the previous owner of my vehicle who had meticulously maintained the Acura MDX and had all service done at Precision. They also let me use one of their vehicles for the afternoon since mine wasn’t ready at the time specified due to unforeseen circumstances. I thought that was so nice and went above and beyond what they had to do. I will definitely continue servicing my SUV with Precision.
