This is my second time taking my Acura here. First time was Brakes and oil change. This was a general Service. I like the professionalism of the front office people as well as their sense of humor. Have not use the service for a while, few days ago service engine light came on on My 2010 Toyota Prius brought it to Precision Auto to see Kevin (mr. good looking with the suits) knowing this company for more than 30 years I must said the quality and the service are just as professional as 30 years ago. Kevin was able to resolve the issue on my car also show me on the monitor what was the cause of the problem. It is so nice to have a shop that you can trust when it comes to automotive repair. Kevin and his staff are wonderful to work with! I have been using them on our cars for years. My daughter took her car in and they gave her an estimate. At checkout, Kevin gave her a coupon she had not seen, and reduced her bill! He didn’t have to do that but it shows the quality of person Kevin in and the quality of this establishment.
