They're always honest and transparent with repairs and maintenance that are needed or can wait until the next visit. Comfortable waiting room or they can give you a ride to a nearby destination in the morning. If you need a loaner vehicle they often times have one available for a small fee. I’ve had nothing but superb service here. A long time friend recommended Precision Auto, as they are the only mechanics he trusts with his Acura’s and Honda’s. I choose to always speak with Kevin when calling in to discuss repairs needed on my Civic or Pilot and in person he is just as personable, helpful, knowledgable and patient. I am extremely handy and try to solve my problems before seeking professional help, but I also have a strong desire to learn about my vehicle, regardless of if I am fixing it myself. Kevin takes the time to show me photos or demonstrate the problem and how to fix it, in ways I can easily understand. Very grateful for his time! I can always rest assured knowing my car is in good hands and that Precision will give me good value for my buck.
