First time experience with Precision Auto Repair. I was pleased with the process and the overall professionalism of the business. They diagnosed the vehicle and made responsible recommendations without any hard sell or scare tactics. I'm very selective and would highly recommend them.

Many examples of a great auto repair shop, but the one that I always tell my friends was a testament to their honesty. I had a fairly old Accura, and I mentioned the stiff ride, which it always had, to Kevin during one of the car’s oil change. After inspection of the shocks and suspension there was no evidence of leaking from the shocks. They said they do not need to be replaced, even though they had over 100,000 miles on them. Thank you Precision. They last till the end. We have been going there since 1991..

These guys are amazing! Tyler, Ken, and Kevin are some of the coolest, most talented, skilled, and efficient group of service repairmen for import vehicles I’ve ever come across. With shuttle service AND loaner car options to get you where you need; while they work on your car to go along with the amazing work they perform; I had 5-6 types of service effectively and successfully performed in less than a day. Great job everyone there! I’ll certainly return!
