Precision Auto has been taking care of our Lexus and Sienna for the last decade. They provide excellent service at reasonable rate. It is very rare to find an honest auto repair shop. I highly recommend Precision Auto and would never go back to a car dealership for service.

The service at Precision is great the place is so nice and clean and welcoming only gave four stars because at times the cost can be pricey

Fast, reasonable quality work

I made an appointment for a timing belt change. It has been 6 yrs since it was replaced. So it was due. But thanks to the heads up customer service and watchful eye of svc adv Kevin. He looked up my svc history and found that even though it’s been 6 yrs since the belt was changed I had only put in 50k miles on the belt. Which means I didn’t need it changed at this time. He advised that we revisit this again next year and evaluate. Thanks Kevin for a great experience.
