I don't live in the bay area as i call Sacramento home,but i work in South SF,and needed to find a reliable and honest repair shop for my Accura,and i did a google search and came across precision auto repair and what struck me after looking at their website was all the excellent reviews and to my suprise i jus couldn't find one bad review so i had to see for myself. Long story short is if your looking for n honest,reliable shop then look no further than precision. They don't try n sell you repairs that you don't need,and Ken in my opinion is the best as he took his time to explain and show me what my car needed,and Kevin who i assume was the owner is down to earth and they were very professional n courteous in dealing with me. These guys have my business and i won't mind the drive from Sac to Pleasanton to have them service my vehicle. To me what stands out most about precision auto is honesty,integrity,and reliability.I'm so happy to have found a shop that truly cares about me n my vehicle as if it was their own and not jus trying to make a buck.Thanks,Kevin,Ken and your entire staff

Precision Auto was super helpful and patient with my car! When I turned my car in for the first time, they asked me if I had a ride home and called me to tell me what was wrong with my car, the estimated price, and how long it will be in the shop. They even called me to tell me my car was done early. Will definitely return if my car needs to go to the shop. :)
