Precision found and solved the brake problem on my Rav4 that the dealer denied existed. Also reprogramed the lift on the rear door so that it opened fully. Very helpful staff, excellent communication both in diagnosing the problem and demonstrating the repair visually. My daughter has gone to Precision Auto for years; now I see why. Will be back.

Precision Auto Repair has been my #1 option for serving my vehicles since 1986! I heard about PAR from a co-worker when I needed to service my 1986 Honda Civic. After 200k miles, I gave that Honda to my sister and bought a used 1994 Civic 36k miles. That Honda lasted 491k miles until I donated it to a school auto shop. My current Civic is a 2014 which has over 200k miles on it. I have also brought in my mom's Acura. 1) they have always had time for my car, never delayed or rescheduled an appt. 2) The one time they made a mistake they were eager to correct it. 3) I live 3.5 hours away, but I still wrangle a way to have them work on my car 4) Their customer service is friendly, easy to work with and is great at explaining what work needs to be done and making recommendations. 5) They also can give rides and have computers for public internet access. They are awesome!

I dropped off my RAV4 for minor service. The customer in front of me also dropped off a RAV4. Outside the shop we talked for a few minutes. She said that when she purchases cars, she makes sure that it is a vehicle that Precision Auto Repair can work on since she trusts them so much. She did not have to explain her reasoning, since I have the same philosophy. My bet is most of Precision's customers feel the same.
