Another first-class maintenance of my Toyota Highlander. I've been taking my car to Precision for almost 9 years because I trust their team with taking care of all my Toyota and Honda cars; they are honest forthright and keep my cars in top condition.

Tyler was very thorough from beginning to end with the completion of my car. Tyler always calls me to confirm what needs to be done with the car and if I still want the work to be done. Typically, I leave my key in the drop box and write whats needs to be done. Its great that Tyler follows through with an added step to confirm the work needing to be done. Its reassuring. Also, Tyler won't tell you something needs to be done on your car when it really doesn't. He is a very honest man and really desires to help his customers in the right way. I believe the right word would be called INTEGRITY. I have brought my car to Tyler for approximately 15 years. He is a blessing and a surety to customers when it comes to fixing cars. I really don't believe there is any other place like Precision Auto. Thank you Tyler for always taking good care of me and my car!
