My name is Teresa F. I have been taking my car to Precision Auto for 15 years. Tyler has an amazing work Ethic and knowledge base when it comes to fixing cars. When I need help, Tyler is always there ready to lend a listen ear when my care gets a nail in the tire or the engine decides not to work for some odd reason. Tyler is reassuring, slow to speak and ready to get the job done. Tyler follows through, calls the customer and confirm the work order before and work is done. This is reassuring to the customer. I don't ever need to worry about getting my car fixed the right way because its always done correctly! Great Job Tyler! Thank you for all of your help over the years.

Tyler, Ken, Kevin and everybody else at Precision Auto Repair are top notch! Their customer service, prices and quick services is unmatched. I can't thank them enough for taking such great care of my '98 Acura multiple times. I no longer need to worry if something goes awry with my car because they're just a phone call away and I know that they have my best interest as well as all of their customers' best interests in mind. I don't take my care anywhere else.
