Our family has been going to Precision Auto for at least 25 years. I have spent 41 years in the Safety and reliability profession for a major oil company. Most people don’t associate reliability maintenance with motor vehicle safety until they are broke down on the side of a very busy and dangerous road or highway. I trust and rely on Precision Auto for the safe and reliable performance of the autos my family operate on a daily basis. I also stress the importance of safe driving and operating of those vehicles. It is a partnership. This partnership has saved us money, time, given me comfort of knowing the vehicle will perform reliably and safe. On an annual basis these vehicles are driven to snow covered mountains to desert regions of S Ca. Heavy traffic to long stretches of open highways. With a well maintained vehicles my family has been safe during all these journeys. My son is driving a 2004 Honda Pilot and is in school in S Ca and Precision Auto is the only shop that has serviced this vehicle since new. The car still performs like new. We have been customers of Precision for over 15 years and we are never disappointed. The service is outstanding! The staff is always very friendly/positive, thorough at explaining car problems and solutions and great turn-around time. We never get the feeling the service managers are looking just to make money but want to do what is best for their customers. The customer waiting room is a great example of how they are always looking out for their customers and taking care of them - the room is very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable with amenities like fresh coffee, cookies, drinks, etc. Thanks Precision for all the years of fantastic service!
