Tyler was very thorough from beginning to end with the completion of my car. Tyler always calls me to confirm what needs to be done with the car and if I still want the work to be done. Typically, I leave my key in the drop box and write whats needs to be done. Its great that Tyler follows through with an added step to confirm the work needing to be done. Its reassuring. Also, Tyler won't tell you something needs to be done on your car when it really doesn't. He is a very honest man and really desires to help his customers in the right way. I believe the right word would be called INTEGRITY. I have brought my car to Tyler for approximately 15 years. He is a blessing and a surety to customers when it comes to fixing cars. I really don't believe there is any other place like Precision Auto. Thank you Tyler for always taking good care of me and my car!

When I need help, Tyler is always there ready to lend a listen ear when my care gets a nail in the tire or the engine decides not to work for some odd reason. Tyler is reassuring, slow to speak and ready to get the job done. Tyler follows through, calls the customer and confirm the work order before and work is done. This is reassuring to the customer. Tyler, Ken, Kevin and everybody else at Precision Auto Repair are top notch! Their customer service, prices and quick services is unmatched. I can't thank them enough for taking such great care of my '98 Acura multiple times. I no longer need to worry if something goes awry with my car because they're just a phone call away and I know that they have my best interest as well as all of their customers' best interests in mind.
