I have been loyal to Precision Auto for many years. Why? First off they know how to take care of my car(s) Honda's - exceptional service. If there is something they notice that I need to have done with my car aside from my regular service they will give me a heads-up so I can take care of it my next visit or sooner if I want too. They have great integrity, and honesty towards me and in servicing my car(s) . The people that work there are always professional, courteous, kind, and always in a good mood. They are make sure your car is well taken care of on any given visit, emergency, or not. Kevin has been working for Precision Auto for many years and he is there when I arrive on a scheduled visits. He is always very courteous, has a great attitude, and lighthearted no matter how busy they can be, and they are busy he is just always in a good mood. Kevin has great phone manners as well when I call to get my care serviced and answers any questions I may have. Their waiting room is clean, and relaxing and comfortable. Coffee is available, candy treats, along with newspapers, magazines and television. It has always been a great place to get my Honda's serviced and I recommend their service to anyone. As usual, I was very happy with my car service at Precision. They notified me of a screw in my tire, which I was not happy to hear about, but of course, it was not their fault.

We've used precision auto repair for almost 3 years now and they have looked after our SUV and minivan. We've been really happy with everything they've done and always feel the cars are running nicer after services. We've also done the headlight restoration on one car (as it is getting on...) and had the rotors replaced on the minivan. Could not be happier with both of those. These are specials that the shop do, and I can highly recommend them if your headlights are yellowish or brakes shudder. Lastly, Kevin is supper good at communicating issues, status etc. He explains recommendations, but never pressures you to have things done. It is now the case that when he suggests this is something I really should look at doing, I do, as I trust his advice and the expertise and professionalism of the mechanics at this shop. Highly recommended!
