Another excellent job of servicing our vehicle. Glad we have Precision Auto available in Pleasanton.

We've used precision auto repair for almost 3 years now and they have looked after our SUV and minivan. We've been really happy with everything they've done and always feel the cars are running nicer after services. We've also done the headlight restoration on one car (as it is getting on...) and had the rotors replaced on the minivan. Could not be happier with both of those. These are specials that the shop do, and I can highly recommend them if your headlights are yellowish or brakes shudder. Lastly, Kevin is supper good at communicating issues, status etc. He explains recommendations, but never pressures you to have things done. It is now the case that when he suggests this is something I really should look at doing, I do, as I trust his advice and the expertise and professionalism of the mechanics at this shop. Highly recommended!

Precision Auto provides top quality service and they are very accomodating and pleasant to deal with. they even provided a ride home when I took the car in.

We have been going to Precision for over 30 years.The work is always done professionally and they are very honest about needed repairs. The staff is very friendly and go out of their way to help you.

I found this place through yelp because I needed to have my car smog, the A/C fixed, and see what's going on with my clutch on my Honda Civic. I dropped off my car late afternoon so they can work on it the next day in the morning and they did all in 4 hours or less. My A/C just needed recharging, my car pass smog, and they told me I needed a new clutch. They originally were going to charge me over $100 to inspect the clutch but waived it after looking at it and fixing the other stuff, which was really nice of them. I liked their work so much I came back with my Honda Fit which needed A/C work also but needed more than just a recharge... They fixed the compressor and they notice the frame that supports the radiator was bent upward and they bent the frame and the piping back to normal with no extra charge. Thank you very much for the good work. This place also shuttle ride also.

Absolutely the best mechanics in area. I had my kid bring the car for service all the way from Davis to service it in Precision. I trust them more than any mechanics out there, including dealers. I am highly recommend Precision.
