Excellent attention to an event that interupted our vacation! Pulling onto onramp an undercarriage shield lost its clips and started dragging which doesn’t hurt anything, but can’t be allowed to persist. Precision. . .took us in immediately and secured it to get us on our way in minutes! Outstanding! To bad we’re not from the area to have them be our regular auto specialists. . . .but then they’d be overrun with business with our referrals!!

Excellent work at a fair price. I always know that the team at Precision is going to treat me right. They are going to to tell me what needs to be done and they are also going to give me heads up on what will need to be done in the future so I can plan for it. They give you the advice they would give a member of their own family. Most places you go, the staff is trying to sell you stuff you don't need or will cost a lot without doing much for your car. At Precision is straightforward, honest service. While it is sad to say this sort of service is the exception rather than the rule, it is also comforting knowing that Precision is there to do the job. Just sit in their office and listen to them talk to clients; everybody gets a square deal and everybody gets treated with respect. Thank You to the Team at Precision!

Very good customer care by Ken and helped to fix the brake issues with reasonable price

Precision found and solved the brake problem on my Rav4 that the dealer denied existed. Also reprogramed the lift on the rear door so that it opened fully. Very helpful staff, excellent communication both in diagnosing the problem and demonstrating the repair visually. My daughter has gone to Precision Auto for years; now I see why. Will be back.
