Awesome guys, great mechanics. My gf's car died 35 miles from home. The AAA towtruck driver brought us here. They gave an accurate assessment, a break in price for the diagnostic & gave us a way to get it home we could afford. Also gave us info on places that would take the car off our hands (the repair was worth more than the pos car, lol). I highly recommend them.

I love this place. I think it’s so hard to find an honest car repair place and this one is definitely honest. They don’t beat around the bush, everything is done in a timely manner and a fair price. Also the little waiting area has toy cars which kept my 3 year old boy entertained for an hour each time we are there. I highly recommend this place!

My car broke as I pulled into the parking lot at work. I called Precision Auto and they told me that they could look at it. I had the car towed there and in about an hour, they had it diagnosed and already had parts on the way. I had them go ahead with replacing the broken axle/CV Joints and while they were already in there, replace front brakes / rotors. I was able to drive home same day! Excellent customer service! I would recommend Prevision Auto to anyone.

Always a pleasure working with the Precision team. They are honest and always provide me with a plan of action to tackle what I need to do with my camry based on priority. The option to use one of their loaner vehicles for a nominal fee is important to me because I drive daily for work. The only reason this is only a 4 star review is because I was charged for a break inspection, I guess because I told them when I dropped off the car that I'll need my front rotors done soon because my breaks shutter down hill in conversation.They always tell me my break's status when I get oil changes so why this extra $30+ fee this time? (I got an oil change and transmission drain and refill) I guess I'll have to pay attention more closely next time before I sign the work request when dropping off.

I have been bringing my Acura and Honda vehicles to Precision for the last 20+ years. They have a knowledgeable and friendly staff and provide outstanding service.

These guys are the best. Unfailingly excellent in all aspects of service.
