Really good service received however I reduced to 4 stars (Good service) instead of 5 (Excellent service) because the gentlemen, Ken, cost me an extra day of not having my car since he said it would take up to 5 days to get one of the parts in stock, in this case, it was a fuel rail for a 2017, Honda Accord. It was what he failed to say that was the problem. He failed to inform me until the following day that they could overnight it for an additional cost. This option was only provided to me the following day which meant my car was now going to be in the shop for an extra 24 hours instead of in my hands. Without my car I cannot make a living, it is an income generating tool and the extra day cost me an additional $250 of lost income.
