Best auto repair shop I found in Pleasanton. Precision Auto is very knowledgeable, honest and reasonably priced. Almost half of the price quoted to me on my 90,000 mile service from the dealership.

Professional, high quality service far superior than the Toyota dealers. They recommend service/repairs only if/when truly needed unlike dealer shops. They have been servicing my Toyota Sienna since the factory warranty expired at 36K miles several years ago and the van has been running falwlessly now at 108K. The dealer had sent me a letter recommending timing belt replacement at 60K miles but Kevin at Precision Auto said there is no need until 105K. Just got that service done and saved several hundred doallars compared to dealer price. I had also asked them to see if my brake pads needed replacement due to high milege on the car and some noise while braking. Their detailed inspection during the service ruled out any braking problems and they said my brake pads did not need any replacement anytime soon with plenty of life still left. Excellent, highly reliable service with very courteous staff. Highly recommended.
