Pleasanton Auto Repair

I have been to the auto repair shop twice and both times I had a pleasant experience. Very professional and quality work on my Lexus car. The front office feels like a dealer in terms of the conveniences like WiFi, coffee and TV with magazines yet the repair costs are much less than a dealer.

We had been looking for a local mechanic to service/repair our Tundra and Lexus ever since Scott from ‘Scott’s Automotive’ sadly passed away. We have now located an automotive shop which embodies all the great qualities that ‘Scott’s’ had: ‘Precision Auto Repair’ in Pleasanton. This was my first visit to the shop and Kevin at the front counter couldn’t have been any more professional and competent when I dropped my truck off for repair in the morning. By late afternoon on the same day I had my truck back. I couldn’t be any happier with the quality of the work that was done, the price and the way in which I was treated. In the future we will bring our vehicles here as there is no need for us to go anywhere else. Thanks again... Kris Kvale

As usual, always a great job. Kevin knows just what my car needs and works with my schedule to keep my car is perfect condition.

I used to strictly use dealer maintenance but once I started with Precision Auto, there was no turning back. In addition to routine scheduled maintenance, Precision has solved a few tricky intermittent problems for me. I am very impressed with their knowledge, reliability, and trustworthiness. From my experience, when they fix something, it stays fixed. There's no up selling. When you call, you get the knowledgeable person in just a couple rings (no transferring calls like the dealership). They are a great service at half the price of the dealer.

This is second time I am using the service here. The experience is great. They treat you very professionally and the work is done well.

My appointment went well. Repair will keep my old Subaru running awhile longer.
