Great service! It's also so timely that I wait there and their waiting room is really comfortable. If you don't want to wait, they also have a shuttle service. A friend recommended them and her brother recommended them to her. Now another friend goes there too! They do excellent work and let you know what kind of service is required now and what service can be put off and for how long. My friend's 2004 Odyssey had 200,000 miles on it and needed major transmission work. Instead of telling her to fix it, they recommended she sell it to someone who could do the work themselves. They could have made a lot of money off her but instead, gave her better advice. Five stars isn't enough for them.

I've been taking my cars to Precision Auto Repair for about 25 years. My last visit was for an oil change. On my way there, a bird (probably a turkey vulture) decided to deposit his considerable droppings on my just-washed car. What a mess! The droppings were on the hood, windshield, top and driver's side of my car. I was not looking forward to cleaning the mess off when I got back home. When the oil change was complete I paid my bill and went to the lot to get my car. To my surprise and delight, Precision Auto Repair had cleaned off the droppings. In hindsight, I should not have been surprised. After 25 years of outstanding service, these little extras are what I've learned Precision provides. I wish more companies would provide the customer service that Precision Auto Repair provides.
