The Precision Auto Repair is a great service shop. Over the last 25 years we have our 4 Honda's repaired and serviced there. They are deeply knowledgeable, quick, honest, and friendly. Kevin - service advisor is excellent! Always provided good pictures of cars issues and great recommendations what should be done. Exceptionally clean, smart designed waiting office and all area around it. You can see that folks here are taking care of customers and business with pride. They offer 24 months of warranty on repairs - nobody else in Bay Area does that!!! So, Precision really know what to do with your car to keep you happy with the service. Folks always follow up on repairs to make sure your car is running great and you are happy with it. Excellent business! We are lucky to have these guys taking care of our cars. I had a 60k mile service done on my 2015 Kia. Also needed a read on an engine light code that had come on for a few days before going out. All was as expected: Brought car in early morning was completed at 4 pm. A few issues were documented. Service agent was friendly. Pricing reasonable. Nice waiting room with free coffee.
