I have taken my car to Precision for years. Every time I've received honest, excellent service. I couldn't ask for more.

I've been bringing my MDX here for about 6 years. Repairs are always completed in a timely manner. They are friendly and honest. I've never felt like they've tried to take advantage of me and sell me on unnecessary repairs. Even now that I have moved out of the area, I make arrangements to be able to bring my car back for service.

Precision has been taking care of my Lexus since new. I always get quality service and have never felt that they have ever tried to up-sell me for anything that was not necessary. Kevin is always easy to work with and must be the most stylishly dressed service advisor in the area ;)

My car battery died today so I called Precision Auto to see if they could replace it for me. They squeezed me in and, for a reasonable price, replaced my battery in under 30 minutes. In addition, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this business!
