I started my day with a dead battery. I got a jump start and drove to Precision which had been recommended to me by a colleague. Even though it was a busy day at the shop, my battery was replaced within an hour, and also got a needed oil change at the same time. Service was quick, efficient and very pleasant. Waiting area was extremely comfortable, including computers to use, a cell phone charging station and water/coffee/tea. I also loved playing with Peanut, the shop dog. I would strongly recommend Precision Auto Repair to anyone and will be coming back for all scheduled maintenance.

Never disappoints!

Excellent work and support. I like having the ability to call in and talk to people about helping to solve many of our car issues. In addition to keeping our cars running well, Precision was able to fix my side mirror and front bumper. Not having to go to a body shop helped a lot. I really like working with those running the front desk who are always very helpful.

I find myself frequently in the Livermore area acquiring pre own vehicles for my company. Next door to Precision is a Self Serve car wash. Last week I found myself with a used truck stuck at the Car Wash! Dead Battery? Yikes. The owner of the car wash suggested that I go next door and ask for help. "They are very good people there". I ask for some help and one of the owners discovered that the battery terminal was loose. A big shout out to all at Precision Thank you I made it all the way home seven hours later! Larry Harrison. I dropped off my 2015 WRX for routine maintenance at 9:00, they were done by 11:00. The service was quick and accommodating. I felt like the price was pretty fair too. I'll probably be coming back.
