Excellent service, excellent work!

My '04 Accord was brought in for a minor service, A/C recharge and a overall review. It high mileage, but I plan to keep it and want it to be safe. Precision went over the car with a fine tooth comb and had a list of potential problem areas. My family has serviced it's Honda with Precision Auto for over 25 years and trust them servicing our cars well. In addition to the schedule maintenance, the A/C compressor needed total replacement, the front brakes low and the suspension had begun to leak. WOW! Precision Auto offered me a loaner car while the car was in the shop. Kevin, Ken and Tyler were professional and courteous helping me prioritize the work and budget. My Accord after service was better than new. The A/C worked, the ride was smooth and everything worked!

Always friendly and professional results

I started my day with a dead battery. I got a jump start and drove to Precision which had been recommended to me by a colleague. Even though it was a busy day at the shop, my battery was replaced within an hour, and also got a needed oil change at the same time. Service was quick, efficient and very pleasant. Waiting area was extremely comfortable, including computers to use, a cell phone charging station and water/coffee/tea. I also loved playing with Peanut, the shop dog. I would strongly recommend Precision Auto Repair to anyone and will be coming back for all scheduled maintenance.
