Great customer service and car service. Really loved that they showed me pictures of the issues so I wasn't left guessing at the extent of the problem, or what the issue meant for my car.

I’ve been bringing my 2005 Camry here for over a decade and I’ll continue to do so. The service is great. The results are always perfect, and I know they will do only what is necessary to keep my car running well, and not try to take advantage of me by doing unnecessary work. Great as usual

My visit to Precision Auto never changes. They recognize me the minute I walk through the doors. I made the appointment on line (Sunday night) and got confirmation later that night that The time I requested was indeed available. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. The sun was out and a beautiful day in Pleasanton. I sat outside and caught up on some work! there is always coffee and cold water available. I just love the crew there. Thanks Kevin for dressing up for me today!!
