I have lived in Pleasanton for 8 years. I picked a car service place because of the convenience (I could walk to and from so finding a ride was not needed) I became very disillusioned by the actual car service and the attitude of the personnel. They were very condescending (woman, what does she know?) I finally had enough and started looking for a new business to take my car too. I had heard the name Precision Auto a few times over the years and looked them up. Very good reviews. After having my car fixed in a timely manner and at a very reasonable cost I can say their reviews are justly earned. I recommend them highly.
