I've been coming here for over 25 years. I actually have steered my family towards cars that Precision will work on (Acuras and Hondas). The guys up front (Kevin and Ben) have always been great at telling me what's going on with the cars. They'll tell me up front when a suggested repair doesn't have to be done right away. Last week, I had our TL in for a starter problem that has been intermittent. We had it in before and they weren't able to duplicate the problem. Same this time. But Tyler took the time to call me and understand the what I was experiencing. After that, he offered to replace the starter as a warranty repair (we had this installed after 200k). I wasn't even ready to ask; he just offered because it was clear to him that the symptoms were those of a faulty starter. I was really impressed.
