It was easy to make an appointment by phone and I received a rough estimate of the costs for the service for my vehicle. Upon arriving for my appointment I did not have to wait and they gave me a call as soon as the service was completed. Costs came in as estimated since there were no additional parts or repairs needed. Precision Auto repair is my go-to place for my car :-)

Kent was very helpful he explained what he going to do and what he had done. He only do what needed to be done, not tried to over sell any service that is not needed at the moment so I am very happy with the service which is also fast and efficient. Will use the service here again in the near future.
