We've been taking our cars to Precision Auto for over 10 years now and have entrusted them keep the cars we depend on in top shape. Not once have we ever experienced a problem with either the routine maintenance that they perform, or the occasional repairs that have been needed. Their service staff is extremely knowledgeable, and does a great job of keeping me informed of future repairs that I need to plan for. My engine light came on in the middle of the day, I called Precision and they took the car in at 1:00 and had the repairs done by 5:00. great service.

It was easy to make an appointment by phone and I received a rough estimate of the costs for the service for my vehicle. Upon arriving for my appointment I did not have to wait and they gave me a call as soon as the service was completed. Costs came in as estimated since there were no additional parts or repairs needed. Precision Auto repair is my go-to place for my car :-)
