Precision located an unusual source of a small electrical drain, and offered us choices to repair, replace, or bypass. We like it when we have choices, especially on a 20-year old Lexus with lots of miles already.

I would give 10 stars if I could. I've been taking my cars to Precision for over 20 years now. Best customer service by far. They are always upfront with all cost and repairs. Even take pictures to show you what's being done/replaced. A huge plus is the loaner car/shuttle service if needed. This has saved me so many times with busy work/family schedules. No other shop compares! Thank you Kevin and Ben for always taking such good care of the Lewises!
