I had an AC problem with my CRV recently. Being new to the area, I was looking for a reliable auto repair shop. After reading comments posted on the internet, I decided to try Precision Auto. Receiving their mail flyer recently also helped. I took the car in and the gentleman who took care of me was great, courteous and kept me informed about what was going on continually. They fixed the problem fairly quickly while I waited. Incidentally, they have a very nice waiting room with very comfortable furniture. After this very positive experience, I would recommend them highly and plan to stay with Precision from now on.
