My Prius dash lit up like a xmas tree the other night in Oakland so I knew I needed to have it towed to Precision in Pleasanton. They've taken great care of my Prius and my Honda Prelude for years and I trust them completely. They confirmed that my ten year old hybrid battery had finally gone bad and Kevin asked if I was sitting down for the estimate since the battery alone costs over $2000. Thankfully, Kevin worked with me as a long time customer and gave me a very fair deal and they had my car up and running the next day. They even helped coordinate with another tech to replace my windshield on their property because I had that appointment scheduled a month earlier. Precision, I am so grateful for your amazing customer service and high quality work!

Precision Auto Repair earned and kept my trust from nearly their beginning. I think I began 1975 when I purchased my first Honda. I continued trusting them as I took 4 or 5 new Honda's (last new was an Acura) from beginning to over 200,000 miles. Over all these years I never had a break down leaving me stranded. I drove 25,000 miles per year for as many as 15 years before dropping to 15,000 another 12 years. I was faithful to take in for each dealer recommended service and Precision NEVER added unnecessary repairs. If something needed attention I was advised and scheduled as necessary. I moved from Pleasanton in 1999 spending several years in San Ramon until a 21 year ago move to Pittsburg. Still I never have taken my cars elsewhere because of my trust AND KNOWING all maintenance will be properly done. I've NEVER had to return even once as something wasn't right!!!

When dealing with auto repair, the best experience is one that comprises professionalism, courtesy, high-quality work for a fair price and above all - one that sets realistic expectations. My recent experience (catalytic converter replacement, oil change, tires) was just such an experience. Kevin and Ken were courteous and professional. They let me know the cost and completion time up front. The estimate was precise (no surprises), the work was first-rate and the car was ready a few hours before they promised.
