Great service. I received a phone call mid day to inform me of the status of the service and additional work that needed to be done. Had to return the following day to get windshield wiper inserts that needed to be ordered. There was no rain when I got there, but as they were installed it began to rain hard, but Ben went ahead and completed the installation. Now thats good service.

Tire replacement and headlamp replacement, done expertly & efficiently. Hondas are great cars, made even more reliable by a good mechanic staff, Precision is a place where you can trust the diagnosis and the work, always great customer service.

I took my car in for the work based on my positive experience with Precision in the past. They were very honest on some work on another car that I had taken in - and honesty as to whether the service at this time was needed -- was important. I was impressed, also, with how clean their waiting room is!

Did not make an appt since it was an emergency but Ken was courteous & helpful. Happy with the service.
