I took my car in for the work based on my positive experience with Precision in the past. They were very honest on some work on another car that I had taken in - and honesty as to whether the service at this time was needed -- was important. I was impressed, also, with how clean their waiting room is!

Did not make an appt since it was an emergency but Ken was courteous & helpful. Happy with the service.
