I was satisfied by the front disc brake work that Precision Auto Repair did on my car. Cost was competitive with other shops. They completed the work in a timely manner. I liked that Precision provided a ride back to my location.

It is always a pleasure doing business with Precision. On this particular visit they replaced a headlight on a short notice drop-in. We've been taking both our cars here for several years and in maybe a dozen visits, we've never had any problem with the work or felt unfairly charged. The customer service is consistently excellent.

Took me in without an appointment, gave me honest and fair diagnosis and solution, let me utilize their courtesy ride service and waiting room and got me back on the road in good time. Great staff and great service.

I have entrusted all my automotive maintenance and repair needs with Precision Auto for at least the past 15 years. They are quick,responsive, and fair with their pricing. I have always felt confident and trusting in the work that they do.

Looks like time for an update. We've continued to take our Hondas, and an occasional Toyota, to Precision and continue to be very satisfied. Most recently had repairs done on a very leaky Odyssey, and there's now nary a drip. Precision Auto Repair continues to be a winner!

Precision Auto Repairs are highly capable, professional, honest and courteous - so much so that I have been going to them for over 30 years with a succession of Hondas and resist even considering a brand they don't service!
