You guys earned a 5 star rating as always. We told Kevin we had a water problem in the interior of our car. You were able to figure out our problem was rodents making a nest near one of the water channels in the car. It took 2 days but you removed the critters, fixed the damage and most importantly cleaned and sterilized our car. Your professionalism and quality service is why we drive from Walnut Creek whenever we need our car repaired/maintained. Thanks!!!!!!!

I have a lovingly kept 2002 Acura TLS. Doesn't get driven much (98K), so I'm harder on batteries than a lot of drivers. Last time it died, I was stuck in my garage and required a Triple A call. So I'm a little paranoid and when my "Maintenance Required" light popped up for the battery, I called Precision immediately. I took my car in, found out it was just due to mileage, needed a reset. What I treasure is that I have a trusted source.

These guys are awesome. The mechanic across the street from them at Harry's Garage told me I needed a new engine at the cost of $6000. Kevin and the team diagnosed the problem and fixed it for $650. It's tough to find an honest garage these days but I'm sure glad I walked across the street. I couldn't recommend them any more.
