I used to take my cars to Precision all the time, then was caught up in all the "dealership" fam and glam with my latest vehicle. After my dealership quoted me over $3200 for some work....I called Precision and they had me in and out in less than a day for $1800 for the same work! Time to come back to Precision full time! Thanks guys

We have been coming here for over 25 years or more I lost count... They got the best 2 frontmen, sharp dressing Kevin and courteous Ben. I also always enjoy my rides with John, even the long scenery ride all the way to the east edge of Livermore and back.... Go Raiders...

Once again the team at Precision Auto Repair performed beyond expectation! The Sales Technicians, Ben & Kevin, are just awesome. And of course, I can't forget the team actually working on my car...my hats off to them as well for another fantastic job.

Everything was done that I wanted done, and they kept me infprmed along the way.

Excellent service. A diagnostic was performed and the Precision team dug into the details to reveal that the work might be covered by warranty at the dealer. They were professional enough to not just go ahead and do the work, rRather they wanted to give me the chance to see if a $2000 repair might be covered by warranty. That is honest customer service.

Went above and beyond to secure warranty replacement of engine component at no additional cost to us.
