When my battery died, I got a jump and drove directly to Precision Auto for a new one. It took about half an hour to get the job done so I could be on my way again. What terrific service!

Took my 2003 Honda Odyssey in for a Longevity Analysis that I requested. Basically, it has 201,000 miles on it, and I needed to know whether to put more money into it to keep it another 100,000 miles or sell it and buy new. Precision was very accommodating to my request and did a thorough review. They charge $68.75 for this service (well worth it!), but will waive the fee if you do any work that they find needs doing. With their help, I now have a plan to implement in 3 phases over the next 6-12 months that will allow me to keep my Odyssey for at least another 100,000 miles. I want to see how long this darn Honda will actually last! :-))

Kevin and his team are superb. Top notch parts and delivery of our vehicle when he said it would be ready. Very large job and we were quite nervous. Not anymore, I will happily be returning for regular service to our 2010 Acura.

During a minor service I found out that my battery needed to be replaced before it caused me any problems and identified a front end strut suspension noise that was annoying me. Excellent Service! Thanks, Bob
