Once again the team at Precision Auto Repair performed beyond expectation! The Sales Technicians, Ben & Kevin, are just awesome. And of course, I can't forget the team actually working on my car...my hats off to them as well for another fantastic job.

Everything was done that I wanted done, and they kept me infprmed along the way.

Excellent service. A diagnostic was performed and the Precision team dug into the details to reveal that the work might be covered by warranty at the dealer. They were professional enough to not just go ahead and do the work, rRather they wanted to give me the chance to see if a $2000 repair might be covered by warranty. That is honest customer service.

We have been coming here for years and would not consider going anywhere else. We even factor this into what we will buy when we buy new cars. If Precision doesn't service it, I'm less willing to buy it.
