Quick, honest, reliable service. My family has gone here for years. I stopped coming as often as I'd like due to moving further away from the area. But when my new local car repair service (Honda dealership) tried to pull a fast one on me, I decided to go back to Precision Auto. Glad I did. Can definitely see and appreciate all of their excellent customer service. Never should have stopped coming here. They are worth the extra drive.

I've been a customer for about 10 years and my experience has only been positive. They do great work at a fair price with a warranty to stand behind. I've had to return on two occasions but these small issues were fixed - no questions asked. They recently fixed squealing brakes, beyond warranty, without charge. After every service, even an oil change, they always give me an inspection update which includes time frames of when to expect repairs (if any are needed). Piece of mind, keeps me returning. Look at the business itself: long term, courteous employees, very clean shop, clean comfortable waiting area. Some of the free benefits they offer: wifi, internet access, tv, comfortable chairs, coffee/tea, candy, early drop off, shuttle service, car rental.

Without a doubt the best place to have your car serviced! These guys are the best not only pricewise but also they are totally honest!
