I had my oil changed, and breaks serviced. I always receive great service and trust that my car needs are well taken car. Also, I am always impressed with the order and cleanliness of the service area and waiting areas. They care about their business and their clients.

My vehicle had been at the Toyota dealer for a recall repair and while there, they recommended 2 major and costly repairs. I wisely opted for a second opinion. As always Precision performed perfectly. Staff is always courteous, friendly and polite. I never worry they will not try to "hustle" me into buying something I don't need. Unlike other repair shops I have been to, they do whatever the first time and you don't have repeated visits to have something fixed. Great place to d do business.

I started getting my car fixed at Precision because I wondered if I was getting ripped off because I was a woman. I've brought my Honda Civic and my parents CR-V to multiple shops, dealers over the past 10 years, and these guys have not only had the most reasonable AND CONSISTENT prices but I have never had a problem or had to bring it back for anything; whereas other places, I've had to take stuff back and deal with some horrible haggler talking me into charging me something they should have fixed the first time. The staff here are really understanding and advise on what are repairs that need to be made while also saying what repairs can be postponed for later -unlike some shops that make it sound like you're car is going to die if you don't get all repairs done in one day. There's a reason why this shop gets high ratings and it is because they really are the real deal - knowledgable, courteous, and honest.
