LOVE Precision Auto Repair...We have been bringing our Honda's and Lexus cars here for YEARS! ALWAYS friendly, great service and fair pricing. Kevin and Ben, the service advisors are the best...they always tell you exactly what is and is not needed to be done, what can wait till later to have done and exactly how much it will cost. The car is always ready when they say it will be!

VERY happy with this repair shop, in particular Kevin who helped get my car running after she sat for a few months. He gave me an honest price, communicated very well as to what was being done and when it would be done and a car that I thought might be done he brought back to life. He didn't try and get anything over on me, I have put engines together and what he said was totally honest, no BS. Being 6 months pregnant this was a HUGE sigh of relief.... on top of fixing the problem at a great and very reasonable price HE WAS KIND!!! I know, it's a rarity these days, I called 4 other shops in Pleasanton and they weren't half as nice as Kevin. He also gave my car a wash, inside and out!!! This was no easy task as she had been sitting under a tree in cobwebs for months, who is just nice like that?!?!?! There are multiple other things I will need done in the future and I will be going back to Precision Auto for EVERYTHING. THANK YOU EVERYONE AT PRECISION!!!!

Odyssey had A/C issues, which as always, was identified quickly & fixed. Also did front brakes & Oil Service on the visit. Great service team! We have been long time customers for our Honda Odyssey & Acura TL.
