Honest, straight forward, detailed work, I live in Palo Alto, tried taking my car to the dealership here, and ended up taking it back to PAR. Yes, they do charge a good price, still cheaper than the dealership, and your car will run better, and you'll feel safer. Good loaner or rental cars too. If you want to wait, nice little lounge with computer, newspapers, coffee, tea, hot choc, and sometimes snacks. But the most important thing is they KEEP YOU ROLLIN'!!! Always, give you a good honest opinion of what they think your car needs, and keep you posted on what it's going to need. They will shuttle you back home or work in the morning. Go here if you value your safety, and want good value for your dollar. Kevin is a cool guy, wears a hat like mine too, says he has 22 of them, I only have 4 . . . . just a little example of how they could've taken advantage of me one time. Had work done here in PA, at Anderson Honda. Drove to work next day (think 3 AM) and my oil light came on. WTF? Took it to them, and one of the guys came out behind the desk, looked under the hood, and said Anderson forgot to reset the engine light. Showed me how to do it, and I was on my way, no charge. They could have taken the car in, charged for diagnostics, etc. I've been going here, since 1999, and there's a reason, go figure? Not that it's my thing, but there is a McDonalds and few snack shops within walking distance, if you want someplace else to hangout or in need of a fast food fix : ) Hey, what's not to like?
