Excellent service.. as always! Would not trust my car any where else.

I came to Precision auto repair based off the recommendation of a friend and after the local dealership wanted to sell me on "repairs" I didn't need. I have found them to be honest - "You don't need new brakes at this time" and practical "if you go with dealership wipers, they will last longer but more expensive". NO PRESSURE AND HONEST. That is why I am bringing my car and my sons' cars here.

Great place if you want quality work with honesty and integrity....but you must be able to get along with Raider fans as most all of the people there are diehard fans of the Oakland Raiders ::-), yet they are still nice people! They really do have concern for your vehicle and only suggest work to be done that needs it. They are extremely thorough in their diagnosis of any current or future problems to be concerned about. Simply the perfect place to take your vehicles if you are serious about getting the best care you can for your cars!

Always trustworthy and dependable! My car runs like a champ now.

I had a minor issue shortly having some steering work done. I e-mailed Precision, and received a very prompt reply suggesting I bring the car back in, which I did. Fifteen minutes later, Tyler told me my car was ready and asked me about a squeak in the steering wheel, and said he fixed it. This irritating squeak has been there for 13 years since the car was new and the dealer always said it could not be fixed. A major source of frustration! I've only driven the car a couple miles since I picked the car up and have not heard a squeak. I will be eternally grateful if the squeak is gone forever. The point is: I did not go in about the "impossible to repair" squeak, it appears to be gone, and there was no charge! Good job!
