I had a minor issue shortly having some steering work done. I e-mailed Precision, and received a very prompt reply suggesting I bring the car back in, which I did. Fifteen minutes later, Tyler told me my car was ready and asked me about a squeak in the steering wheel, and said he fixed it. This irritating squeak has been there for 13 years since the car was new and the dealer always said it could not be fixed. A major source of frustration! I've only driven the car a couple miles since I picked the car up and have not heard a squeak. I will be eternally grateful if the squeak is gone forever. The point is: I did not go in about the "impossible to repair" squeak, it appears to be gone, and there was no charge! Good job!

Excellent service in all aspects. My dad has known Kevin and gone there for over 20 years, and I have gone there for years too, I have dealt with Kevin and Tyler both, both are great! Straight shooters, fair and honest, no upsell of unnecessary stuff, reasonable, from first call to pick up courteous and about the customer, any time of day or night can drop-off and can get it towed in, reasonable loaner cars, outstanding business!

Had the second oil change done on my 2015 CRV. Prior to this, I had a 2002 Accord which was taken to Precision for all maintenance. I have only POSITIVE comments to make about the group and the service I receive there. I recommend them frequently.

Precision continues to impress. I've been using them for a couple years now. All work done as requested and done right the first time. Kevin, at front desk, has NEVER tried to up sale me. I will continue to use them and would recommend them to family and friends.

Great service provided by Kevin! Dealer quoted me about $1000+ to fix front arm, so I decided to call Precision Auto, and was pleasantly surprised that it was way less expensive, more than half. Took my car to Precision and done in a day. Thanks!!

I truly appreciated that Tyler reminded me I may have a protection plan on my tires at another location to get a free flat repair. This isn't the first time you all have saved me money by being honest and not simply doing a repair and charging me for it. And that's why I'll continue to be a loyal customer.
