I had a headlight and tail light out, and I was able to walk right in and get both of the burned out bulbs replaced immediately!! I felt very lucky as Precision is ALWAYS busy with so much work! They are always professional, courteous and friendly, and I feel like they are more than mechanics; they are my friends and always look out for my safety! We recently had problems with an Acura that a family members owns, high mileage vehicle that he desperately needs for work. He had no idea where to get an intermittent problem fixed - two car repair facilities had failed. I offered to bring it to Precision. As usual the vehicle was fixed quickly, for the price we were quoted, and he is back on the road. Cannot say enough about how much we like Precision!

Very pleased with the service as always. Had an old car alarm removed and the battery checked. Thought it was old and needed replacing. They tested it and said it was still in good condition so just recharged it. Other places probably would have replaced it and charge me a lot. Thanks Precision for the honest work. Ken, the new guy, was very professional and helpful too.
