They gave me excellent service. I told them what time I needed my car to be done and they finished early. In addition, my car was pulling to the right and I didn't know whether this was an alignment issue or something that could be fixed through just rotating my tires. Upon inspection they noted an alignment was not warranted and they rotated the tires for free since they needed to inspect them anyways to make a determination. I feel comfortable knowing that they will not take advantage of me by charging for services that I don't need, and it was absolutely going above and beyond to rotate my tires when this was identified as the issue. I love this place and will definitely be coming back.

I had an issue come up unexpectedly, and was happy you were able to take care of my car. Happy about that! Happier I was able to get a loaner and my car cared for the same day! Happy customer!

Took my 2009 civic to be looked at due to an annoying vibrating sound. Car was ready before 3:00, price was very fair and I really appreciated Kevin calling me with what they found and an estimate before they began to fix my car. Over night drop off was very convenient and Kevin called me the following morning to confirm they received my keys. Will definitely be back and recommend to others.

I have been coming to Precision Auto Repair, Pleasanton, for over 20 years. I have liked them from day one & they always take good care of my car. They show me problems not just say the problem, answer my questions, the receipt lists the individual item to be done & notes any items to be done in the future. Prices are reasonable, the work is good quality.

Went to DMV to take the "road test for old ladies", but they discovered a burned out back-up light, so no road test. Drove directly to Precision, and they worked me right into their schedule. Bulb changed, back on the road. Now to reschedule the "old ladies" road test. Sigh! I love Precision!
