They have always been friendly and professional and the quality of their work seems to be very good. They have never tried to sell me something that I don't need yet. As I have waited for my car, I have heard many personal and phone conversations with others and noticed that they frequently tell customers that various repairs are not required. To me, that is the sign of an honest mechanic.
