I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and to check the transmission online. I got a quick response and confirmation of my appointment. My car was serviced on time and within the expected length of appointment. I waited for my car in the clean and comfortable waiting room. Very pleased with my service.

This visit, it all went exactly as planned, and even better. There was a $75 coupon for replacing the timing belt, which I had been 'shopping' for price. Best price possible after the coupon compared to anything else I found. I had my own spark plugs + motor oil/filter I was planning to do myself, but since it was in the shop, had them do that too -- the price was very reasonable for the added service with my own parts. Very pleased that they reminded me that the power steering pump has a small leak that I had forgotten about and I had not been monitoring. Will keep a better eye on that from now on. Finally, pleased they did a full safety inspection (suspension, tires, brakes, etc.) -- so I know I am good to go.
