Precision has serviced my cars for some 15 years. What has impressed me is the gentle patience with which they approach all mechanical issues, offering insights where helpful, but straight talk where a fix is simply not available. Three times they have maintained my cars through over 100 kmi., after which each car rated "excellent" for resale. I'm impressed with their work ethic.

This is my third Honda that I've brought to Precision Auto. My 1986 Civic lasted over 200k miles before I gave it to my sister, and the 1994 Civic lasted over 491k before I gave it to a high school auto shop. Precision Auto has been my main repair/maintenance shop because they are do quality work and offer thorough explanations of completed work. There have been a couple instances over 30 years that they were not perfect, but they have been quick to resolve things. Precision Auto deserves their Diamond Certification. Added bonuses include a ride after dropoff, and a lobby for customers that include several computers with internet access.

Once again, Precision Auto Repair did an excellent job providing service for my Toyota Sienna van. They had my van ready earlier than I requested, and as always drop-off and pick up went quickly and smoothly.
