Precision auto quickly repaired a door handle on my wife's car for much less than a dealer would have charged. I was very happy with the price, service and attitude of all the employees. I will definitely take my car back to Precision Auto.

My son's car overheated on a Sunday night and we had the car towed to the Honda dealer in Livermore. They charged $145 just to look at the car and would not apply it to any repairs, what a rip off! So, we then towed the car to Precision and I spoke with Tyler, over the phone since I live in Los Angeles. Tyler was great and honest. He made us feel comfortable and repaired the car and the price was fair. Tyler saved us over $200 from what the dealer wanted to charge.

As always a very satisfied customer! I'm returning after being out of CA for awhile. Of course, Precision will become the repair/maintenance home for my newest Honda addition.
