I thought I was going to spend a ton of money on some new struts for my Civic but I was advised that with the way the car was running, the wear my car usually takes, and the condition of the tire treads, that doing a change would be an unnecessary expenditure at the time. The technician offered some advice for moving forward and was very detailed and patient with his explanation. i continue to use this shop even though i live in Redwood City because I value their approach to customer service and the quality of their work overall.
